| The policy of CSE Global (UK)
is to provide products and services that fully comply with
the specifications agreed with the customer and to continuously
monitor and improve customer satisfaction.
To achieve this CSE has established its quality
system in accordance with the standard BS EN ISO9001:2008, including
the guidelines for the development, supply and maintenance
of software, the TickIT Guide revision 5. The quality system
is approved by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance who implement
regular audits to ensure continued conformance.
The quality system is endorsed by the senior management team,
including the managing director and implemented by personnel
at all levels.
The quality manual is the source document, which establishes
the policy, objectives and philosophy of CSE along
with a description of the systems operated to ensure a logical
and systematic approach in the achievement of the desired
quality. The quality manual is supported by a range of CSE
standards, which provide more detail for some activities
to ensure consistency and that the requirements are understood
by appropriate staff.
CSE's proven expertise in project management is
complemented by detailed quality planning, which ensures a
structured and effective approach to satisfy the requirements
of the customer. Internal auditing is an integral part of
the culture of CSE and the results are used to increase
the effectiveness of processes.
CSE's culture is one of continual improvement and
the entire quality system is regularly reviewed by the senior
management team, including the managing director to ensure
that the system is fresh and effective. This enables CSE
to provide customers with products and services, which are
fully compliant with the requirements. |
